Pricing is the most important variable in a successful listing - not only is it one of the key parameters of a guest stay, it also will drive bookings which in turn affects the homes listing rank with the online travel agencies.

2. Most guests will be drawn to pictures that set themselves apart from all the other homes. Investing in professional photography is a must and aerial shots brings a home into its own like it did with this one showing the beautiful golf course in the back.

3. Reviews are hard won but give your home credibility and increase the odds of getting a booking. Airbnb posts the reviews of hosts across all homes as well which allows a potential renter to book with confidence knowing that service will be great!
